What are the best aspects of this product?
The software is simple to utilize. In general, it's really reliable. It's capable in meeting the needs of any business. It does what it's meant to do.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its UI appears clunky. Worse, it looks really old. From time to time, I would run into problems with Boldchat on my dual PC monitors. It tends to conceal that space between both monitors.
