PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is simple to utilize. In general, it's really reliable. It's capable in meeting the needs of any business. It does what it's meant to do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its UI appears clunky. Worse, it looks really old. From time to time, I would run into problems with Boldchat on my dual PC monitors. It tends to conceal that space between both monitors.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're mainly making use of it for support matters as well as inbound sales. For the most part, I use for sales. We get to field questions from site users/visitors. This is a good thing since it lets us work with prospects in real-time when it comes to inquiries.
