What are the best aspects of this product?

Boldchat provides us with important information about the customers we are chatting with, such as: region, phone number, email, name and their initial question. With Boldchat we don’t have to bother with question such as “How can I help you”.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to work on more features for reporting and analytic. Also, to extract data from the software it’s not easy at all. Additionally, it is difficult to see data like how many chats have we perform, data range, how long were the chats, and other.

Helps in improving our interaction with the customers in a quickly and confident manner.
