What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that we have more opportunities to recognize our colleagues who have done outstanding work. It's morale-boosting for everyone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would help if we can add colleagues to the program, whose email addresses are suffixed with .edu.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to recognize each other's great work on a fun platform. This is morale-boosting for us and it motivates us to work with each other and do even better at work.
