Appreciation equals reward

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like being able to show appreciation of my work mates, and we all get several options for prize redemption, including Amazon. It's quick and easy to give a bonus to someone from work, and it helps that Bonusly is able to integrate with third-party apps that we already use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be helpful to add a notification for birthdays.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to practice communicating positively by instant recognition of work we've done as a thank you to our colleagues.
