I like that it's fast and updates the balance in real-time. There are also various products that can be redeemed, even being able to donate to charity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Perhaps spa vouchers and events passes can also be added to the rewards mix.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to boost staff engagement by encouraging a sense of camaraderie and overall employee happiness. I'm more expressive in thanking colleagues and motivate myself to keep doing amazing work.
