Excellent tool for feedback

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Bonusly enables us to give our colleagues feedback and publicly recognize a job well done. It works with various non-government organizations so we can opt for part of our pay to be given back to the community. Literal bonus: being able to redeem bonus points for gift cards at places like Amazon or Starbucks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Bonusly has been great for me so far. I haven't seen anything I didn't like.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's tricky to acknowledge colleagues publicly, especially in a big company like ours. Bonusly enables us all to appreciate our colleague's work and be 'seen' by our peers and executives for our hard work.
