What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that we're given an avenue to give plaudits to our colleagues' accomplishments and that we're also able to redeem our rewards via things like a gift card on Amazon.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing at this time. Bonusly is working well for us and is making us better colleagues and workers that are motivated to go beyond what they needed to do at work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Transparency. In using Bonusly, we're able to cull inspiration from colleagues who we might not work with all the time.
