What are the best aspects of this product?

I like Bonusly because it allows us to help one another in creating a positive company culture by recognizing a work colleague, regardless of rank, and make it fun by using hashtags and gifs. I also like the variety of rewards. You can even choose to donate to charity. Everyone just proactively recognizes a colleague's outstanding work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have input for this field. Bonusly has worked really well for our company.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Positive work culture. Bonusly helps us in making colleagues feel motivated because they are being recognized for all their hard work. It's amazing to see.
