What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Bonusly makes things fun with GIFs. It's simple to use and we're able to use Slack on the platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice to boost points during special occasions, but this is a nice to have rather than a must.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's great for employee engagement because it motivates our colleagues to express and receive gratitude, so it has added value for their work life.
