My thoughts on Bonusly

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the thought of being able to recognize -- and be recognized -- for the work I or my colleagues have done outstandingly, regardless of teams and departments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing major. It would be nice to be able to share my gift card with other people, but it's not urgent.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's great to see how we can inspire each other by acknowledging the work we do, especially because we're working remotely.
