Bonusly likes include being able to easily and instantly reward colleagues for outstanding actions, integration with Slack, and having several options for gift cards, so we get to use the prize.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Saying thank you remotely to colleagues. It's great to recognize each other, and this improves our culture a lot because we're given an opportunity to thank our colleagues more thoughtfully and instantly.
