PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I only used this product for few days. It was not enought complete according to my business. I bought bookle plugin instead that I find much better and much cheaper.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I regret the service of this compagny. I used Bookafy during less than a week because I wasn't interested about this product and I never ever went back on this site for 6 month. I just realize that during 6 month I was charged every month. I say I realize that because during these previous 6 month I never ever received a payment notification like any other online service. Not only that you receive no email but there is no way on the plateform to get an invoice or receipt. No payment notification and no invoice is not what I call a serious compagny. I fell i'm being riped off.
