What are the best aspects of this product?

I like their customer support team and that it's easy for me to set up and find my way around the platform

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing much because things are running smoothly once we've rolled it out.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're now able to handle larger-scale bookings -- estimated 3,000 every month -- across many locations. We're also still able to regularly create and share more accurate reports that allowed us to analyze the frequency of those who don't show up, as well as those who are confused about the appointments.
