What are the best aspects of this product?

With Bookeo's host of tools, we can better manage our reservations digitally. It doesn't even take a lot of effort to install each of its modules and to learn how to maximize its capabilities. I also enjoy very much how I can tailor the workspace to my needs and how I can dictate what information a customer can see when they enter the client portal. What's more, Bookeo eases our communications by letting us send SMS and emails straight from its interface.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, it can be hard to find the items that we need since there is a certain limit to how many objects the screen can have. This leads to some items being moved to another screen or tab. Bookeo still manages to keep things organized but it can be a hassle when you are working with many things simultaneously.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our business has multiple branches so we need a system that can centralize clients' appointments for us to better manage them. With Bookeo, we can offer an online reservation system for our training courses and let clients sign up easily. Additionally, since our product is available in more than 30 languages, clients needed to schedule training sessions in their own language. Bookeo has enabled this by letting us offer language options, something that our clients are very happy about.
