What are the best aspects of this product?

Being a business that requires reservations prior, Bookeo has helped us immensely. Because of it, we can gather the information that we need from our customers. It has also helped us edit books, charge for the reservations, and issue refunds.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When the system undergoes an update, we experience bugs a few days after. We always need to get in touch with Bookeo's technical support to resolve the issues. If not, we have to find ways to fix them ourselves.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Bookeo prevents double bookings for our room so we don't have to worry about reservation conflicts anymore.
