What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Bookeo helps us make schedule bookings easily, create highly visual layouts, and utilize useful tools in marketing that is already available in the platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish Bookeo had a better notification system, and that there's a way for specific people to receive bookings for specific days and hours. It would also be helpful to have improved training guides available for our team so it's much easier to learn how to navigate through. Blocks of time would be great too when people would make bookings with us directly through Bookeo.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're now able to help our customers make purchases and book appointments on our website directly, thanks to Bookeo! It integrates well with our website, so it's so easy to schedule bookings through the software too. A plus: we're also able to sell gift cards directly, so it's especially great during the holiday seasons.
