Easy to use + great support team

What are the best aspects of this product?

Their support team is great! I haven’t come across an issue that they haven’t been willing to help me solve.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been intermittent lags on the site, but none that warrant a big reaction from our side. I’d like to be able to customize my dashboard though—maybe tweak the colors and change the font.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has been so much easier for our clients to book their appointments with us.
