The interface is really straightforward and simple.

It can be too straightforward though—not allowing much room for livelier aesthetics.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I haven’t had the time to develop a similar solution, so outsourcing this tool for now. So far, it gets the job that it promises to be done pretty well.
