What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that it's so easy to use, change tours and booking schedules, and easy to adapt to our company requirements. The customer support is also good when we have concerns. It's a multi-level secure software too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A backup system would be great in case my web-based access gets interrupted. It would also be great if there's an iOS or Android app for this software.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Real-time online bookings and availability views. We're able to minimize our workload because of this since online bookings became all the rage for bookings. We're also able to minimize duplicate bookings because we're able to switch and book multiple tours.
