I love the Bookeo platform!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it has all the data I need, while I'm also able to make changes, plus charge and refund using the app. We've used other booking tools before, so I can say this is by far the best one we've used.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great to be given a heads up in advance when the app will go through updates because there are sometimes bugs resulting from the update, which we then have to report so it can be fixed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to avoid duplicate bookings with Bookeo, so that's excellent.
