What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that it's like an assistant that is available for use all the time -- 24 hours in a day -- for appointments reminders, booking reservations, and a great source of all the information I need. There are detailed reports for me to see how the business is performing in real-time or for a specific period. It's allowed me to grow my business because it's simple, easy to use, and flexible enough for tweaks that fit our requirements. It behaves like an e-Commerce page, where I am able to organize my hosting and car businesses and make reservations online. It took me mere minutes to install and I enjoy its user interface, which is easy to understand. I am also able to customize the design and where things go, so it means I am able to streamline my work into what I need to focus on first thing when I get in.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its multitasking and design capacity is limited and there are lags when the software is being updated. But then the IT support comes to our rescue, and after they've resolved the issues, it's all good and working again!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to provide a much better level of service to our guests who use our reservation system. Detailed reports are available in real-time, and that helps us become more efficient. Its integration into our system allowed us to easily use a variety of payment methods. The IT support team is so patient with us too and quick to sort our questions and issues. It's value for money with the easiest software to use.
