What are the best aspects of this product?
One thing I really appreciate about this is that a lot of it is very customizable. I can really tailor it to fit the needs of my business, which is really reassuring on my end.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are some improvements that the software could have. There isn't an option to just modify an appointment and have that change be sent to the customer. I actually have to cancel and then rebook the client. Maybe if it was possible to just send an e-mail confirmation manually, I wouldn't have to go through all that trouble.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This software has really helped us out with organizational issues. Thanks to the different filters and views, it's so easy to search and find appointments. This has also helped keep us on top of everything since there are records and reports of almost everything. We can even find out how much our employees have sold.
