What are the best aspects of this product?
I love, love, love how organized this software makes appointments look. There are a number of different options on how you can organize your calendar, such as color coordinating, for instance. It's also really user-friendly. I can add a schedule pretty easily, and I only need to click on a button to add a customer. It's also really easy to search for customer names, as well as to jump to different dates on the calendar. It has just made everything at work flow so smoothly si there's little stress all around.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Improvements can really be done on the user design. When we make appointments for multiple employees, all of that is squished on one side of the interface. Fixing that would really make things look better and easy on the eyes. I also think it would really be useful if I didn't have to leave the main page to add a customer. They really should have that option there.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can't stress enough how it has really helped out our work that this scheduler is so easy to use. It has really help kept errors low because booking is so easy, it's color-coordinated, and times can be blocked out. This has helped us stay on top of multiple schedules and kept our customers happy and satisfied.
