What are the best aspects of this product?
With booksteam.com we no longer have any scheduling limitations. As a matter of fact, we do scheduling online, and this tool was the right way to start doing it. We were comparing it to 5 or 6 similar programs, but none was this easy and full of productive features. We also love the modern design, and the fact that it supports credit card processing via stripe.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far, there was absolutely nothing to dislike, I can’t even think of improvements. I just hope they're not going to mess up something, I really like the tool.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We solved our booking issues, our phones used to burn day and night by customers wanting to schedule, re-schedule, or cancel their appointments. We feel relieved to have enabled them to do it online, not even to mention how much time we are saving overall.
