What are the best aspects of this product?
BookSteam is a part of our team since 2013, which means we have quite a story to tell about it. We were driven to it by several unsuccesful attempts of discovering online scheduling services, and I'm somehow grateful to all those imperfect programs that defocused the spotlight towards BookSteam. What can I say? Fantastic service, fantastic features, fantastic support at all times. What we want is for BookStream to remain as it is, we need it for many years to come!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far, users are booking and paying via Stripe, and the integration is pretty awesome. Still, what would be really great is to introduce PayPal, many more people would make use of it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We removed workload from our shoulders by transfering scheduling online. Users can do almost everything-book a new appointment, cancel or edit old ones, or even look for information. We extended usage to client, appointment, and staff management too. Cool, isn't it?
