What are the best aspects of this product?
This is very easy to use both on the front and back end. I don’t have difficulties using it as an administrator, then my clients enjoy smooth user experience through their accounts too. It also comes in cheap Canadian dollar price rates, which means I don’t need to worry about unstable USD comparisons. And oh, the user support team proves dependable each time I connect with them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’d like a feature that can limit certain activities, such as limiting the number of messages I receive in a day, without affecting other options I need. Also, it doesn’t feature notes on receipts, doesn’t allow external reviews such as on Google and Facebook, and it doesn’t have auto-link features for Instagram. It is difficult or impossible to personalize some front-end options for clients too. And it suspends funds for few days if clients or customers get gift certs.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Haven’t experienced any problem with this. Not to mention it has a support team that helps me at any needed time.
