I was impressed with how easy it was to set up chatbot. The platform offers a variety of customization options, allowing us to create a chatbot, use templates and explore other add ons.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As of now, nothing.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Would like to have add on features such as creating more than one chatbot in free plan.
