PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The support team is super friendly and they answer my questions very fast as well, and I was able to create my ideal flow thank to them. You can easily import your business data into CMS and use them again anywhere inside the flow. You can even tag your customers to filter them and send them different types of messages automatically based on the tag they have.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am happy with the current setup but it would be wonderful if they can clarify to us the product they will be providing for the next couple of months

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

t would be wonderful if they add the option to change the chatbot background beside the name, color, logo. Our customers may love it better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am building a chatbot to give out different services that the customers could use based on their age and height automatically with just a few blocks, I was using the CMS feature in BotStar to do it and it was great. With just a few steps: import the data, set up the blocks inside the flow then the flow work smoothly as I expect.
