What are the best aspects of this product?
BotStar is a young company compared to Chatfuel or Manychat, but I find BotStar's interface and ease of use to be its own highlight. Besides, from the moment I started using BotStar, I noticed that there are constantly new monthly updates.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
- Having a free trial will be a big plus.
- More advance templates (There are many now but I believe it would be better to increase the variety of templates.)
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
For the needs of my company, everything is great and I think it would be better if BotStar focused on developing the community on social networking platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, etc..)
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
A few months ago BotStar added the ability to update CMS with CVS files, which is great as we no longer have to manually update hundreds of data.
