PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am not a technical person so I love how the bot builder is very easy to set up, you can just drag and drop the message inside the canvas, and is ready to install anytime. I was able to design the automatic response flow myself with just some of these simple drag and drop actions. I love it.



The support team is very nice, they give me a step-by-step guideline and if I don't understand it, I can ask them again anytime. The responses are fast as well. As the result, I was able to build my multilingual chatbot quickly thanks to them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

the automatic pop-up is a little bit annoy cause I only want the chatbot to automatically open the first time the customer visits the website. So it would be nice if BotStar could allow the option to let the bot pop up only one time.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would really love to have ActiveCampaign direct integration so I can transfer the data from chatbot to ActiveCampaign without using Zapier integration.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My website has two versions which are French and English and they have supported me in building my own multilingual chatbot that can give out two languages inside one chatbot and give our fast response which is very necessary for my business. With the chatbot, we can focus on supporting quality customers while it can help us take of the common questions
