What are the best aspects of this product?

We can set a predetermined data into a platform operating as a chatbox in the conversation flow on your social channel such as websites or Facebook… When receiving the common questions from any stakeholders, it can strive out the setted information and immediately respond to that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If we are new to the SaaS platform, it can be really hard to get familiar with building conversation flow and you need some technological understanding and logical mindset for sketching the communication model.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Integrating with Whatsapp and Instagram
