What are the best aspects of this product?
This platform is very eye catching and easy to use for non-technical users. I can build the flow and change it as I want with easy steps . It also have a lot features that I can use inside the facebook chatbot that can help me interact with customer like sending them remind message, auto response in the facebook posts,....
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The flow is quite hard to build at first to collect customer response and save but with the help of the support team, I was able to build it myself. I wish it could be more easier.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to be able to have WhatSapp integration

I use this chatbot platform so it can help me take care of my customers in our home page with common questions. Everyday we have a lot of customers asking many questions, especially asking about the services we provides, so the chatbot help us a lot in introducing the services to the customers. We only need to take care of customer's personal questions
