What are the best aspects of this product?

The step-by-step tutorial is simple and straightforward, save tons of time for me.

There should be some kind of feedback tools to make it easier for users to report errors.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

My business works in real estate, so having a smart delay feature will reduce the feeling of rushing to customers.

Instead of hiring 2 employees to respond to messages on Fanpage & Website, the Pro version has met the needs of my business. A great tool for my company to cut costs during the Covid-19 !
