What are the best aspects of this product?
This tool is great to enhance the customer experience when they come to visit our website. With just a few clicks inside the chatbot, they can book the reservation without calling our staff. You can even set up some promotions so your customer can look through and even advise them which services, promotions they should choose base on their budget and scale.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They constantly improve the program, there is nothing to dislike about it.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It would be nice if they could add the option to have reminder the customer type in their response if the customers don't answer the bot's questions for about 5 or 10 minutes.

By installing a chatbot on our website, it has helped us improve the booking rate. We only need to call them back to inform the information when necessary. We have received a lot of good feedback from our customers that the fast response, good service advice, and amazing promotions from our side have created a good impression on them.
