What are the best aspects of this product?

Usually, our customers reach out to our store at night or in the off business hours because of the time spent on surfing the Internet and going shopping. But there are no employees available at that time, but thanks to deploying chatbot, it can handle all common concerns of customers, even re-confirm the booked orders.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Get trouble with setting data into CSM with a range of informations source

Automatically adjusting data in CMS, like accordingly reducing the quantity of product available in stock.
