Reduce “touching” communication among customers, help us book an appointment with customers so that we can be flexible in setting time for our schedule.

It is a bit complicated for starting out a plan and sketching the conversation flow.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
We hope botstar can integrate with Instagram and Whatsapp because our customers partly reach out to my clinic over these channels.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As far as I can say, this is a terrific service helping us confront the in-time support to our customer. It can disseminate messages with precise information around the clock, that reduces the labour force and support effectively in scheduling the appointment. Chatbot even can show the webview in the chatbot
