PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This chatbot platform allows using coding to transfer and take back the data from another third-party inside your chatbot flow so it is very helpful for me to connect the chatbot with the platform I am using to store my customer information automatically

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have some difficulty while setting up the chatbot cause the flow we need is quite complicated involve coding and it took us about a week to get used to this product to finish it.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be nice if there is a coding tutorial video beside the document

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our business is going to hold an event and this event will ask the customer to update their information, challenges they have made daily to the staff. The chatbot really helps us a lot in making the process easier and even 24/24. Our customers don't need to go to a sheet or write down a form at the reception, they can just directly type in their updates in the chatbot and even ask any questions and our staff will receive notification to support them anytime
