What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I just drag and drop files to share with my teammates, where we're ensured that we all have the latest document version. I can also add or remove access to people if they don't need the file or folder anymore. Online or offline, Box works well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing much, unless you're dedicated to branded suites, then their corresponding cloud drives would work just as well as Box too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm able to have a web-based storage space for files that I need to share with the team, and it's easy to change access to certain documents if they're no longer needed.
