What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Box is versatile to use. It can accommodate the requirements of small to large groups of users and offer the same level of service. The UX and UI is well-designed and excellent for both beginner and advanced users because the tool is easy to understand.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It might help to get more colleagues to use more of Box with more engaging features such as an in-house Excel editor. Regular system maintenance, as long as the time frame is indicated, would also be appreciated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Box enabled us to share company documents without compromising security. We're able to easily access the files and edit them. It helps us get to the latest updates for a lot of files, and we know when it happens.
