Great for file management and storage

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Box is so easy to use. It's compatible with a wide range of third-party integrations so everything happens seamlessly. We're able to work and collaborate on the same project because we can all access the same documents and files at any given moment and whereever we are and regardless what device we use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish we can avoid the times when the website can't be accessed due to system interruptions and it would take an hour to sort and affect our work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to centralize the location of our documents and it's accessible via a secure cloud storage. We keep everything organized well, where it's easier to access documents. We're also able to share links with external teams and our platform users instead of sending emails with large files.
