This means that for sensitive documents, you can include user permissions to help control access to those files. It is easy to save and share files on the platform. You can also make use of the desktop integration to save files automatically as you create them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although it promises great things for managing files and collaboration with other people, it has its drawbacks. One of them is that it is not possible to edit files or documents in real time. This makes it unreliable when you compare it with similar tools such as Google Drive. It is thus not possible to actively collaborate with multiple people who you have shared a specific document with as real-time editing is not possible. Also, for the links you have shared with other collaborators, they tend to expire and thus the need to keep updating them. This proves to be a lot of work as you have to update user permissions for other people to access the files you have shared with them.
