Improves workflow in the office

What are the best aspects of this product?

Box makes everything look simple. It integrates well with Office Suite which means that you will be able to edit documents on the web. Such editing makes it easy for you to edit a document and then store it before you can share it with collaborators. The sharing functionality that comes with this tool is what made me love it more. It helps me to share documents with other people and organize them in different folders. As a result, I am able to share them on the webpage. It is secure for your documents and offers a reliable platform on which you can manage all your documents and share them accordingly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is limited in terms of the storage space. This seems to be a huge dislike since other competitors such as Gmail offer a larger storage space as compared to Box. Most of my clients use the free version which is limited in terms of the space. This means that they cannot receive or store files that I send them if they are larger than the allowed space. It would be better if such a space was made larger to accommodate some of the files that may take up the entire pace for the free version. Apart from that, it would be nice if Box could integrate with other similar tools such that clients can send documents regardless of which service thy are using.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before we implemented Box in our system, everything was everywhere. We took a lot of time to print and send documents to clients which was also costly. With this tool, we are able to share the documents we want with clients and they can get back to us in no time. It has improved the workflow in our place of business. Clients can also expect us to complete the processes within a short period which is good for business. The return on investment (ROI) for this product is great and thus efficient in our business. On top of that, we no longer have to print documents and thus save money and effort on the part of our employees in the office.
