Box allows you to store the files in numerous formats, which is reliable when you want to use them in varied formats. It also helps you to control who accesses what files in the system. This gives your files the security they deserve.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is all good when it comes to functionality. When I first used this product, it did not offer seamless functionality and also the interface was not that intuitive. However, with the latest upgrade to the system, it has become a better product for storage and sharing of files. I do not see anything wrong with this product as the experience has been smooth. The support is also seamless and I can get reliable sharing and storage features that complement my needs. In short, this product has become daily problem solver for my case.

It has made things simple. Apart from storage of files, we are able to share them with different people with ease. It offers a chance for one to crate different versions of the same file so that you can use it in different forms. All this takes a sort period of time. Box has become fast in terms of how quick you can share or store files into the system. It does not matter the size of the file, this product makes sure that you get your file securely stored or shared with the collaborators you want to access that file. When you want to save a file, you only need to drag and drop it on the system and then you are done.
