You can decide to use the mobile application on your smartphone, or the desktop application or the web version. All these versions have a simple user interface that allows you to find it easy to use the tool once you get started. The design is also simple such that new users will get the hang of things without much training. When it comes to sharing files, it is fast and reliable for the user. You can store a file and then choose which collaborators to remotely share those files with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although a reliable tool in sharing and storage of files, it has a few glitches that need addressing. It does not offer ample storage space for files when you compare it with its competitors. It has a limited storage pace of 10GB when you are getting started. This can prove to be small when you are storing huge files. It would be better the storage of capacity of the cloud based drive was increased. Also, the user interface and the design are not that intuitive. They need to be improved to help the tool function better. All in all, Box offers one of the best experiences to the users.

It has come at a time when we wanted a reliable tool to help us share files effectively. Previously, we had to rely on emails to share documents with collaborators. This was not only tiring and too much work, but also ineffective in so many ways. Box has made it simple for us to share files as we can also store them in the same platform. It helps us to organize those files effectively which is key to what we are looking for. It has a mobile application that works well in terms of the design and the interface. Also, the PC backup gives assurance that no file is lost within the system.
