What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a reliable tool when it comes to sharing and storage of files. It provides a great alternative to Google Drive and Dropbox. However, we have since switched to Google Drive from Box. During the time when we were using Box for the storage of files and sharing of the same, it proved to be efficient. It aided us in the safely storage of files that did not require editing. For example, images and title documents. It is simple to use and you can search for files stored in the system with ease. If you want to get more storage space on the tool, you have to pay more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had to switch to Google Drive as Box did not offer what we needed. The two tools are similar in many ways. However, for the Box, t does not offer automatic save once you change a document on the system. It would be nice if they introduced a way for one to edit the files simultaneously such that there is an automatic save for the files shared with collaborators. We tried out three tools which include Box, Dropbox and Google Drive. It was only Google Drive which gave us that simultaneous editing of the files with automatic save for shared files.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When we were using it, it helped us to save the final documents and files that did not require further editing. It offers a user friendly interface, which gave us a short period to get started with this tool. It was possible to bring in collaborators on the same platform and share files on the system. This proved to be effective in terms of collaboration with external and internal collaborators. In the end, we were able to pass the message effectively and with ease thanks to Box. It helps to streamline business operations as documents can be shared and stored in a professional and secure manner.
