What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it offers secure storage. Its UI is also relatively easy to use. Box syncs fast so I'm able to share files and work with the team better. The control levels are customizable, and it supports all kinds of files for use on any of our devices.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None at all. It's worked well for us so far without any issues. Their tech team also provides great support.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to securely share files across teams and create equally secure back ups for essential documents that we can access when we need to. Productivity is more collaborative because we would easily upload files and share ideas about our projects.
