What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Box suits any business because of its ability to securely store data in the cloud that can be shared and edited in real time. Using box, I'm able to create chat threads with teams and even friends to exchange ideas. I'm able to access everything in any device and create backup versions whenever I need to.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Box is an excellent platform. I couldn't think of anything that didn't work for me. From file sharing, to downloading and uploading, everything is done quickly and securely.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to safely collaborate with colleagues across several locations. Thanks to Box, we're able to access our files via the cloud and organize client and internal files. We're able to edit, download, skim and send files more securely with the knowledge that our data exchange is protected.
