What are the best aspects of this product?

I like being able to collaborate with several colleagues using shared files and reports that I can also edit. It's so simple to use and browse through folders without any trouble. You don't need much training to figure things out.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if the beta version of the feed can be improved by adding status updates, project-wise. It's easier to look at a dashboard that indicates the status of various projects at a glance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to be flexible enough to revert to older versions in case we need to go back. Among the tools in the market, Box is my favorite to use because of the cloud storage capability. It's also able to integrate with other apps without hassle, including Slack for quick notes and edits.
