Very useful collaboration tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that we're able to share files with colleagues in a way that is compliant with privacy regulations. We're able to avoid emailing attachments. The versions are also tracked so we make sure we're all using the latest one. It's integrated with Windows too. And via the internet, I'm able to access my colleagues' contact details so it's seamless. I can also work from home easily and my colleagues can also easily find the files and leave comment on them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Box has a lot of great features, but it would be great to improve the UI and make it less clunky and easier to navigate through, especially the web app integrations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to work with sensitive information and feel secure to collaborate remotely using those files. The document versions are tracked easily too, so it's been very helpful for us as a good system.
