I love how thoroughly vetted and well-thought-out this solution is. Kudos to the team for developing such a clean and systemically ordered payment processor. Find your way around this solution and getting information on your payment is really easy and convenient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need to have all the details if you want to trace a particular payment in your account. On one end of the spectrum, this can be quite a hassle. However, I do understand the peculiarities of this because we are dealing with money after all. Safety and security take high importance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this mostly to process and receive payments. On some occasions, I reach out to Braintree for refunds as well as creating new accounts for different users.
